COVID-19 GIVING
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Republic Capital Finance LLC has made a donation to International Medical Corps (“IMC”), a first responder organization that delivers emergency medical and related services to those affected by disease and disaster worldwide. IMC is leveraging its relationships with local and national ministries of health globally to provide expertise, equipment, training, and triage and treatment services. In addition, Republic Capital Finance has donated its corporate supply of N95 masks to The Greater New York Hospitals Association, which will distribute them directly to healthcare workers on the front lines. Republic Capital Finance remains committed to supporting our other corporate philanthropic sponsorships including The Posse Foundation and Strive for College.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Republic Capital Finance LLC is committed to responsible corporate citizenship. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program focuses on supporting the local communities where we have a presence, with an emphasis on education. Through volunteerism and group fundraising efforts, our global CSR program fosters team-work within our firm while making a positive impact and strengthening the communities where our skills and resources can make a difference.
We are further committed to using our industry leadership to work toward eliminating inequality, racial bias, and the environment of distrust that has been catalyzed by recent tragedies and that has fostered the recent unrest. We support the rights of individuals and organizations to engage in peaceful and meaningful protests against injustice and pledge to eradicate unfair treatment at every level of our internal and external interactions.

SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Our direct environmental impact stems primarily from the operations of our office buildings around the world. We strive to manage these offices in an efficient and environmentally sustainable manner, and we continue to find new and innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint. Our current initiatives focus on energy and greenhouse gas reductions, limiting paper waste, increasing recycling efforts, advising on sustainable transactions, and encouraging employees to use environmentally-friendly forms of transportation.
